EAMCET 2009 Notifies students to submit qualifying marks


AP EAMCET 2009 has introduced a new criteria for ranking. Per GO's released by the Government of Andhra Pradesh, candidates who have secured qualifying marks in EAMCET and candidates belonging to the category of S.C and S.T, for whom qualifying marks have not been prescribed, shall be assigned ranking in the order of merit on the basis of combined score obtained by adding 75% of the marks secured in EAMCET 2009 and 25% of the marks secured in the relevant group subjects namely mathematics/Biology, Physics, Chemistry including practical marks of the qualifying examination.

AP EAMCET 2009 board in this context has requested qualifying examination marks of all those candidates who are qualified in EAMCET 2009. While the marks of the candidates who appeared for A.P Intermediate candidates will be supplied by A.P Board of Intermediate, other candidates who have appeared for CBSE / ICSE / DIPLOMA / NOS and other State exams should submit attested copies of their mark memos on or before 12 June 2009.

AP EAMCET 2009 requests that candidates submit mark sheets along with the details of such as Name of the candidate, Father’s name, EAMCET 2009 Hall Ticket number etc. to the CONVENER EAMCET 2009, Cellar Portion, SIT building, JNT University, Hyderabad 500085. Marks copies received after due date will not be entertained and in such cases candidates will not be considered for EAMCET ranking though they are qualified in EAMCET.
