The Osmania University College of Engineering (UCE) has the distinction of being the oldest and the biggest among the Engineering Colleges of the State of Andhra Pradesh. Established in the year 1929, eleven years after the formation of Osmania University, it was the 6th Engineering College to be established in the whole of British India.

Vindhya Institute of Technology and Science (Now popularly know us Vindhya Indore) is second College for Engineering and Management studies established by the Vindhya Group. Vindhya Group of Institutions is promoted and managed by Professionals who had their education at IIT, IIM and BITS Pilani.

The University formerly know as Bhopal University was established in 1970 in the capital city of Madhya Pradesh. In 1988, it was rechristened as the Barkatullah University, in the living memory of the great freedom fighter, Prof. Barkatullah, who belonged to Bhopal.

The college is approved by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi, affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya & Recognized by Directorate of Technical Education, Government of M.
